1. Purpose of the Protocol
Glexicon provides a proprietary architectural framework and data optimization logic designed to convert client-supplied data structures into high-efficiency, obfuscated operational tokens.
Informational Intent: This website and its hidden dashboard components serve strictly as an informational and visual gateway for prospective clients to evaluate Protocol capabilities.
Infrastructure Boundaries: Glexicon does not host client data structures, manage external key infrastructure, or run persistent web-server operations for third parties.
2. Trust & Data Processing Architecture
To eliminate operational friction and ensure absolute security, any execution of the Protocol must adhere to the following data boundaries:
Local Execution: The data transformation processes are designed to occur within isolated environments, utilising secure memory handling.
Zero Retention: No processed records or generated outputs are cached, stored, or transmitted outside of the active runtime environment. Upon system termination, all working memory is permanently cleared.
3. Proprietary Rights & Trade Secrets
The underlying logic, mathematical transformation formulas, software binaries, and specific interface layouts of the Glexicon Protocol are protected as trade secrets and intellectual property.
Restrictions: Clients and evaluators may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or replicate the core Protocol logic without an explicit enterprise licensing agreement.
Branding Consistency: All visual assets, text structures, and interface designs associated with Glexicon remain the exclusive property of Glexicon.
4. Enterprise Licensing & Token Ledger Conditions
Access to full-scale conversion utilities, dedicated processing deployments, and the official token ledger is restricted to authorised entities under specific tiers.

Glexicon provides the Protocol framework on an "as-is" basis.
Glexicon shall not be held liable for any operational anomalies, data mismatches, or infrastructural issues arising from the independent, self-hosted deployment of the Protocol logic by external IT teams.
